  • Assist in card production, inventory management and coordination and delivery of cards to customers and partners
  • Support with simple data extraction and generation of target lists for specific cards related services and assist with specific projects related to card operations
  • Coordination and support union and other stakeholders with the above activities
  • Work closely with front office and other stakeholders ( union's and other partners) to ensure that the customer queries are closed within SLA
Qualifications
  • Degree/ Diploma qualification in business or information technology
  • At least 4 years of similar working experience or experience in financial services
  • Good understanding on the rewards, cards or loyalty business system .The candidate will be expected to service requests from various stakeholders using internal applications
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Well groom and positive attitude with polite communication skills
  • Independent, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with various stakeholders
