• Manage a Caregiver portal by working and coordinating closely with different stakeholders, including inter-departmental clinicians, volunteers, external vendors and sponsors.
• Responsible for outreach to caregivers, publicity to sponsors, driving traffic and engagement in the Caregiver portal by planning and developing relevant materials, programmes and activities through the portal.
• Manages portal enquiries and responds to caregiver needs and interests.
• Organise conferences, events and workshops to support caregivers.
• Monitor latest local and overseas caregiving landscape and developments to inspire portal content.
• Coordinate and work with MOH and AIC on means testing and Senior Mobility Fund matters.
• Manage and guide a team of administrators
• Perform secretariat functions
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the said Reporting Officer

Job Requirements

• Degree in Social work, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• Proficient with social and digital media, simple media design, in addition to Microsoft office tools.
• Min 2 years working experience; prior experience in group facilitation, social media content development, publicity and event management.
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to manage different stakeholders and work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Able to create or curate relevant content, develop and organize programmes to support or resonate with different profiles of caregivers.
• Good understanding and anticipation of target audience (caregivers) interests. Good service attitude and takes initiative in meeting the needs of caregivers.
• Independent, energetic, good time management and organisation skills
