Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Acquire new loans via multiple online and offline channels (e.g. telemarketing, referrals,direct marketing, roadshows, eDM, sms and marketing campaigns.
  • Adhere to the sales scripts closely and ensure that follow ups are done promptly after each sales call.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
  • Complete sales documentation and follow up with customers to ensure that application submissions are in order.
  • Meet individual targets on a monthly basis.
  • Proactively identify improvements to the customer experience and sales process.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector.
  • Possess a good understanding of the banking landscape, banking products and processes.
  • Able to multi-task and drive desired outcomes with tight timelines.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills
