Acquire new loans via multiple online and offline channels (e.g. telemarketing, referrals,direct marketing, roadshows, eDM, sms and marketing campaigns.
Adhere to the sales scripts closely and ensure that follow ups are done promptly after each sales call.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
Complete sales documentation and follow up with customers to ensure that application submissions are in order.
Meet individual targets on a monthly basis.
Proactively identify improvements to the customer experience and sales process.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector.
Possess a good understanding of the banking landscape, banking products and processes.
Able to multi-task and drive desired outcomes with tight timelines.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written skills
