Job Description

Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and Cooking.Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.Ensure food preparation meets company SOP and Recipe.Checking, Storing and distributing ingredients.Plan of promotions and new items in menu.Plan supplies, equipment, and work areas are in compliance with safety standards and SOP.Assist Head Chef in keeping food wastage to minimum, proper product measurements.Good knowledge on standard food preparation through training, and training of Junior Kitchen Assistants.Arrange and Plan daily ordering of food and supplies.All others assisged duties by Head Chef and Restaurant Operation ManagerRequirements: 6 Days Work between 10.30am to 10.30pm (1 Off day on Weekday)At least 1 years of experience in F&B (Kitchen) industry, experience in Thai Cuisine.Mature and positive attitude.Able to commit on weekends and public holiday.Able to accept split shift.
