About the Role
A motivated team player who is able to work independently to ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily claims operational administration matters, prepared to work with external vendors, IT partners, medical providers or hospitals, clients, brokers, etc.

Experience in claims work will be an advantage.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Ensure handling of incoming and outgoing documents transactional SLA is handled accurately and promptly,
• Management of Hospital relations, statements and transactions
• Manage CPF Medisave, Shield related transactions
• Participate in initiative towards eliminating of cheques and physical communications and support in handling payment matters / enquiries
• Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks, and review processes to reduce any such risks
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues.
• Attend to all emails enquires promptly and accurately.
• Any other projects that impact the claims team processes
