Executive, Client Servicing Support Team (6 Month Contract)

Job Description


You will be part of the Client Servicing Support team where you will handle the following:

  • Liaising between CSMs and processing units for loans/FDs
  • Monitoring of daily excesses (loans and trades overdue/in excess)
  • C2C updates
  • CIF creation & updates
  • Arranging for LDS courier runs
  • Handling of remittances and FX/treasury settlements
  • Processing reactivation of dormant accounts
  • Processing of account closures
  • Handling of audit confirmation / bank reference letter
  • Ad-hoc projects / reporting
  • Ad-hoc clean up exercises
  • Back up in assisting with company searches
  • Back up for collection/acknowledgement of mails from courier/mailroom
Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field

3. Experience in client servicing within Banking industry preferred

4. Independent, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work under time pressure

5. Good written and oral communication skills, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels

6. Meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

7. Team player

8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
