Key Role Description Support the development and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing strategies for the organisation. Ensuring that strategies - which include media, partner and public relations, internal communications, digital and marketing platforms and branding efforts - are unified, consistent and promotes the corporate identity and mission. Increase brand awareness and communicate to stakeholders (partners, donors, funders and public) the organisation's services, activities and impact.Main duties include:Public relations and marketing support Support communications and marketing strategies for organisation's platforms, including website and social media management Manage or support corporate and centre-led events and marketing campaigns Support the development of key Montfort Care collaterals (Annual Report, corporate branding materials, etc) and ensure adherence to brand and corporate identity guidelinesInternal communications Review and manage internal communications platforms and systems (particularly between centres, with staff, and with volunteers) Manage inter-department updates and clearance of assets - photos, videos, testimonies, human interest stories - for Montfort Care's media library and useCorporate partnerships Manage stakeholder, donor and partner database Coordinate the review of and liaison with partners, volunteers and internal teams Support stakeholder management and relations, including development of emailers, newsletters etc.Fundraising (Fundraising secretariat) Coordinate and manage internal processes for fundraising campaigns Review and manage fundraising portals and drivesKey Requirements:
