Community Management
- Facilitate business opportunities and collaborations within the community
- Maintain good relationships with existing members and negotiate for membership renewals
- Plan and execute events and networking opportunities among the community members
Manage social media channels and create relevant content to promote community engagement
- Assist with the design of social media advertisements and email blasts to support lead generation
- Actively market the brand through direct outreach and publicity
- Conduct viewings and follow up with prospects to achieve monthly targets
- Research, plan, track and review the marketing campaigns
- Develop brand partnerships and referral tie-ups beneficial to the community
Manage the daily operations of The Workshop
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of members
- Streamline processes and SOPs to achieve improved efficiency in running the workspace
- Liaise with vendors for quotes and tenders
- Assist with ad-hoc duties
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or Real Estate
- Relevant experience in leasing or operation roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated and driven
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
