Designation: Executive, Customer Service (Online) & Administration Job Purpose: The responsibility of the candidate is to deliver good customer service support and order processing for customers of our online store. To support office administration including operations and procedures, correspondence, filing systems, and prepare payment approval assigned clerical functions. Job Duties:
  • Handle customer enquiries by providing accurate and pertinent information according to the contact center guidelines and quality standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems, escalates issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed.
  • Effectively interpret the needs of the customers, maintain, and enhance standard of quality for the services offered.
  • Build a customer relationship/partnership, which adds value to the customer leading to a long-term profitable relationship.
  • Perform all duties assigned to him/her by the team leader and supervisor.
  • Perform daily order management processes and review status to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and review fulfilment of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders and delivery service performance.
  • Maintain and update online content to e-commerce platform.
  • Liaise with internal & external party on progress of order.
  • Compile monthly and periodic reports.
  • Support office administration including office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, courier services and travel arrangements).
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Manage payment process including filing of contracts, quotations, and invoices.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
Key requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High energy with positive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Meticulous and customer-oriented person.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
  • Good clerical and administrative skills.
  • Prior working experience in ecommerce and customer service is an added advantage.
