Roles and Responsibilities:

Executing the regional group premier strategy and business model
Drive strategic development initiatives to support the direction and growth of the business
Develop regional offshore EA and digital onboarding strategy
Develop new markets and identify business opportunities in strategic planning
Responsible for shaping PBA\xe2\x80\x99s overall PBA BAM strategy to attain effective B2B partnerships that build scale in our acquisitions
Identifying industry trends, as well as maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external partner
Collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside of OCBC Group and anchor regional partnerships (both internal and external)
Independently conduct competitive market research on trends that have a potential to impact the business
Support strategic business planning, financial analysis, project management and co-ordinate relevant administrative activities

Qualifications

Requirements:

Have at least 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 banking experience mainly in the offshore market, of which 3 years must be in management position
Be able to drive and lead business initiatives / projects by working with key stakeholders of all levels
Be able to create and deliver a compelling presentation
Must be mature to handle senior management and leadership to lead a business development & strategy team
