Business Finance Leadership and Representation Manage the Central Performance management team Partner with CPBB Finance Heads and Segment CFOs teams to drive insight into performance. Participate in monthly CPBB business reviews. Represent CPBB in group forums, drive Group CPBB Finance Agenda, and partner with the CPBB P2P Finance team to drive finance transformation. Coordinate closely with Group FP&A and coordinate across CPBB Finance to ensure commitments are achieved. Oversee and further develop regular competitive benchmarking, working closely with the CPBB Finance Heads, Segment CFOS and Country Finance Heads. Performance Management and Business Partnership Lead the outlook process across all countries, and coordinate closely with Group FP&A and treasury, and provide CPBB MT with appropriate insights and actions to be taken. Lead the development efforts of the monthly Group MBR, and coordinate across the business for the Group Business MBR. Provide latest view on CPBB business key performance metrics including income growth, balance sheet movements, RWA, Returns on Equity and EVA at franchise level. Partner with CPBB CEO&rsquos BPM on key deliverables, including rating agency reviews, investor, and regulatory meetings, and CPBB MBR planning. Be the single point contact to provide all IR support on behalf of CPBB with respect to annual and quarterly financial results. Work closely with Balance Sheet management team and country CFO / ALCOs to improve quality of Balance Sheet and the insight on interest rate impact across products and markets. Liquidity management including engagement with Treasury over FTP policies and incentivization frameworks. Own the CPBB scorecard process - coordinate with the business and Group team for design as well as tracking of scorecard metrics. Work closely with Risk to significantly improve the quality and insights into loan impairment reporting. Strategy and Business Planning Lead, coordinate and deliver 5 year annual Corporate Plan, forecast and strategy. Be the finance representative to work and support key need based CPBB strategic projects. Manage structural changes and budget restatements and reforecasts. Prepare and coordinate into presentations for Board, investor communications, and external presentations. Undertake detailed peer review and external benchmarking analysis, identifying areas of best practice and key focus areas. Transformation and Digitization Be the principal lead to design, influence and improve the overall data architecture for CPBB reporting framework. Constantly challenge current MI and its relevance, drive simplification, standardization and create efficiencies on a regional basis. Be innovation focussed and drive the development of new MI and insights. Lead digitization of CPBB MI in coordination with Central teams, accelerate the MI delivery timelines. Active participation on Finance driven strategic change projects. Build analytics capability and reporting across CPBB segments and regions to support key decision making. Risk Management Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them The ability to interpret the Group&rsquos financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures Governance Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group&rsquos arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas. Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role Responsible for delivering &lsquoeffective governance' capability to challenge fellow executives effectively and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and valued behaviours. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have affective supervision in place to mitigate any risks. Mentor and guide junior team members across CPBB finance to provide them career development support. Employ, engage, and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles. Responsibility to review team structure / capacity plans. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Relevant accounting qualification (such as CIMA / ACCA). Experience of dealing directly with senior management within a large multinational organisation, preferably Financial Institution. Proven ability to drive change, strong team working and networking capability, success of role is reliant on ability to work with many different teams effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, clear, concise and at appropriate levels of details to tailor to different audiences and purposes. Strong power point skills to be able to design and execute presentations on behalf of the business with an ability to conceptualise compact but effective styles of communicating the business imperatives. Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multitask and respond in short timeframes. High level of numeracy and detailed oriented. Ability to demonstrate the Bank&rsquos values in achieving objectives.
