The incumbent is responsible for project delivery, provide deep coaching to instil the project management / agile principles and values to ensure consistent practices are communicated across teams.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes

  • In this role, the individual will display subject matter expertise on project and program management disciplines. He/ She will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of Cards, Rewards and Payment transformation domain initiative through the full project lifecycle.
  • Able to work closely with CIO /Business Heads / Management teams towards development of strategic initiative.
  • Able to drive the change in organization using strong leadership and visible support from key people within organization.
  • Experienced Program / Project Manager with ability to effectively communicate strategic vision and an ability to deliver complex change programs.
  • Drive key regional and global strategic projects to deliver quality and controlled process changes that delivery excellent employee experience.
  • Establishing solid working relationships with project sponsors and business stakeholders.
  • Clearly define and communicate project objectives, cost benefit and success metrics.
  • Advise on functional projects focused on process improvement and improving controls.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
  • Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high performing teams.
  • Expert relationship management skills: ability to communicate well with diverse stakeholder groups through internal consultation & facilitation.
  • Coordinate budget, costing and resource planning activities.
  • Enjoy working with people on the ground.
Qualifications
Experience And Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree with a minimum 15 - 18 years track-record with proven hands-on experience
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in a project management role, having experience in implementing Cards, Rewards, Payment domain system across multiple geo and entities will be added advantages.
  • Strong customer focus: skilled ability to interpret and analyse customer requirements; influence design solutions in-line with Corporate and IT strategy; utilise established internal and external networks to promote innovative solutions for customers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels.
