Job Description
Candidate will support the CEO in the running of the Fund Management Company. Candidate will report to the CEO. The role will require : - Hands-on Investment Experience in active research, due dilig Candidate will support the CEO in the running of the Fund Management Company. Candidate will report to the CEO. The role will require : - Hands-on Investment Experience in active research, due diligence, and analysis on investment opportunities across multi-asset classes including private equity, real estate, private debt venture capital, equities, and bonds - Preparation of rigorous financial models, investment memos, and recommendations for investment committee and board approvals and then monitor and review the performance of existing investments in view of the entire portfolio and asset allocation - Strong Financial Analysis and Decision Making Skills - Good Interpersonal and Technical Communication Skills - Ability to read, write and articulate proficiently in both English and Chinese - Familiarity and understanding of the financial laws, regulatory framework and investment related legal work - Comfortable with handling Compliance Work - Ability to network and connect with potential and existing clients
