This includes managing both online and offline distribution channels to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different functions and executing a combination of managing of key systems and providing the necessary support to stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of global database; manage data activity and integrity, administering user access and providing user support for one or more systems listed below:

• Global Distribution System (GDS)
• Central Reservations System (CRS)
• Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
• Property Management System (PMS)
• Cvent Transient (Lanyon) Request for Proposal System (RFP)
• Ensure the accuracy of global database; manage data activity and integrity and provide user support to systems listed above.
• Coordinate initiatives/ campaigns setup/ support for online travel agents (OTAs)
• Conduct system related training to users when required.
• Project management on systems enhancements and/ or new implementations/ initiatives
• Monitor rate discipline globally and report discrepancies.
• Process proposals and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate regular or ad-hoc reports for billings and management review.

Requirements:

• Experience with Hospitality Systems: Hands-on experience with Central Reservations Systems (CRS), Property Management Systems (PMS), or Global Distribution Systems (GDS) within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
• Communication Skills: Strong command of written English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
