Job Description
Location : Pasir Panjang
Position : Executive (DTC)
Working hours : Mon to Thurs - 0830hr to 1800hr. Fri \xe2\x80\x93 0830hr to 1730hr
Contract period : 9 month (Immediate)
Mandatory Skills : MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 excel, ppt, word, Comms skills \xe2\x80\x93 writing
Job scope:
- Provide admin/logistics support for events e.g. managing registrations, setup of event venue, etc
- Provide admin support such as collation and compilation of information for regular management update and proposals for grant processing.
- Conduct research of tech trends which DTC is exploring, strengths of tech solution providers which the team intend to engage.
- Preliminary evaluation of proposal and translation into application templates.
Requirement
- Self Directed, Independent worker
- Diploma/Degree (Any field of study. Preference in Business Admin, Marketing background). Salary range from $2,200 - $2,800 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
- Good written communication skills
- Experience in using MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 excel, ppt, word
