Job Description
Location : Pasir Panjang
Position : Executive (DTC Team)
Contract period : Immediate (9months)
Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm & Fri : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm
Salary Offer: Diploma/Degree: $2,800 depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide admin/logistics support for events e.g. managing registrations, setup of event venue, etc
- Provide admin support such as collation and compilation of information for regular management update and proposals for grant processing.
- Conduct research of tech trends which DTC is exploring, strengths of tech solution providers which the team intend to engage.
- Preliminary evaluation of proposal and translation into application templates.
Requirement
- Self Directed, Independent worker
- Diploma/Degree (Any field of study. Preference in Business Admin, Marketing background)
- Good written communication skills
- Experience in using MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 excel, ppt, word
