URGENT
Location : Pasir Panjang
Position : Executive (E-Invoice Team)
Contract period : Immediate (11months)
Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm & Fri : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm
Salary Offer: Diploma($2,800)/Degree ($3,450) depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Mandatory Skills
- Good language (verbal and written) skill
- Good skills in using desktop based tools like Excel and Word
- Familiar with some form of technical area (e.g. ICT, engineering)
- An organized individual
- Some supervisory skills preferred
- Client Engagement: Engage with businesses to educate them about InvoiceNow initiative and encourage their participation in the network.
- Training and Support: Lead training sessions and support users on the usage of Invoicenow, ensuring a smooth transition to the InvoiceNow network.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training sessions, and feedback received, and provide regular reports.
