The manager is required to lead, manage and monitoring on teams' responses and rectification actions to the reported cases: Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise. Participate with commissioning and handover, including defects identification and troubleshooting of power tripping Manage and monitor performance of engineering staff and specialist sub-contractors, ensuring completion of electrical and Mechanical related tasks in accordance with specification and drawings. Be pro-active in allocating work ensuring efficient deployment of subcontractors. Ensuring of all PM work is done as per Master Schedule and Breakdown Maintenance (Fault Call) are diligently followed up by the trade Technical Officer Comply with company regulations and work practices at all times Ensure all activities meet legal and statutory requirement Responsible for financial performance of business Requirements Degree in Engineering, Estate/Facilities Management, Building Science with 5 years or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services with 10 years of related experience in maintenance of Electrical systems, building systems and ACMV services. Good electrical, ACMV and Building knowledge Equipped with capacity to re-solve operation issues for Electrical, Fire system, ACMV system and Building system as well as other operating spaces
