The Manager is the overall in charge of site operation as the role of supervisor and leader. He will be deployed by the Contractor shall be the Head of the whole workforce for this Contract. Other staff on-site will carry out work under his supervision. Any instructions given by the Institute to the Manager and all other site staff shall be deemed to be the Institute’s instructions to the Contractor, who shall carry them out satisfactorily and expeditiously.
He has to communicate well in English (both spoken & written) and is expected to establish good working rapport with users at all time and to attend to appointment promptly. The Manager shall have the authority to mobilize, plan and arrange for resources to carry out work as instructed by the Institute. He shall supervise and report back to the Institute upon completion of work. He shall assist the Institute in carrying out an energy management programme such as monitoring and improving the efficiency of energy usage in the Campuses.
Required Qualification
At least Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Estate/Facilities Management, Building Science or equivalent with following either certification:
Green Mark Manager (GMM)/ Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM)/ Green Mark Professional (GMP)/ Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM)
Required 15years of working experience and 10years in supervisory role.
