Responsibilities
- This person shall supervise teams of technicians
- Schedule and ensuring preventative maintenance are carry out
- Ensuring facilities under contract scope are well-maintained
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise
- Managing budgets
- Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
- Prepare monthly reports and quotations
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 or 10 years’ experience in facilities maintenance and project work.
- Preferably with FSM cert
- This person shall have good interpersonal, communication and audience presentation skills.
