The Job
You will be supporting the Finance team in CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) and report to Manager, Finance.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly audit schedules
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, reporting and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and filing of various returns
- Assist in the standardization and improvement of processes and procedures
- Provide financial reporting and analytical support, and to identify potential issues that impact the financials
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company’s assets and interests
- Act as business partner and actively work with Business Units and Finance Shared Services
- Assist Finance Manager in any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Possess integrity and accounting professionalism
- Keen learner with positive attitude
- Resourceful with a keen analytical mind
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Good team player and is able to work with people of all levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
