Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Main Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Serve as an AP business partner to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices for the Group.\xc2\xb7 Conduct 3-way matching of AP invoices by verifying and reconciling them with purchase orders and delivering reports.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and process payment runs and ensure payments are made within agreed terms.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate effectively with vendors through timely communication and resolution of payment related issues.\xc2\xb7 Conduct vendor accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy against our payable balances.\xc2\xb7 Perform financial due diligence on potential vendors\xc2\xb7 Handle month end closing activities related to AP function.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the improvement of AP related standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes.\xc2\xb7 Provide support and assistance with special projects and initiative as needed.Job Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent,\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting function.\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with SAP is an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Independent, hands-on and meticulous.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Specialization : Others
