Responsibilities
Support the daily Office Administration duties of the Reception team
Responsible for the procurement of office printed collaterals and stationery supply such as raising POs and invoice processing using SAP
Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders for issuance/removal of DID and IDD access for staff and be responsible for monitoring monthly usage, generating report, and processing invoices
Support logistics relating to staff onboarding and staff exits
Assist in room/visitor bookings/copiers and system-generated reports
Assist in handling the Concierge hotline
Monitor admin-related expenses for all business units via invoices processed
Covering duties at other offices when required
Support other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
At least 2 years of working experience in an Administrative or Customer Service function
Able to converse well in English and Mandarin to liaise with our China counterparts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and willing to learn
Possess good interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills.
Team player and able to work independently
