About the team Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere\xe2\x80\x99s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.
About the role

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with organisational policies and procedures across all clinics in the group.
• Oversee clinic staff, capacity planning and infrastructure management to ensure that the clinics are run optimally and meet service standards.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality, attending to customer feedback and complaints promptly and completely. Report regularly to the Associate Director of Medical Services for corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support and improve organisation effectiveness.
• Leading a team of close to 50 clinic employees, as well as their induction, training and development, such that they are successful in their assigned tasks.
• Responsible for clinic recruitment and retention to achieve stable, skilled and motivated workforce and achieve the desired customer and business outcomes.
• Management of clinics across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, processes and learning & growth perspectives.
• Devise innovative services to continually improve service standards for both patients and employees.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

About you

• Degree in any discipline with a minimum 7-8 years working experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in an operation setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of financial models and understanding of profit and loss statements.
• Strong operations background would be a plus
• Experience in audit/risk management in healthcare/clinic operations setting will be an advantage
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we\xe2\x80\x99re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
