Job Summary Looking for a dynamic team that directly impacts who makes our companies biggest decisions? We are looking to hire top talent to support our Executive recruitment strategies and initiatives. In this role, you will partner with the business functions and executive recruitment leadership to understand the changing dynamics of the executive hiring market. The position will entail research and reporting, sourcing, screening, assessing top-quality candidates, and partnering closely with the HR client service team and the business. The role will cover searches across APAC in all of the countries in which we operate - and include those we add as we grow.
Equinix Executive Recruitment processes and procedures will align with the business strategy to hire top-quality, diverse, innovative and competitive talent to represent our business units and strengthen their ability to deliver.
Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Executive Recruiting leadership, Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to align with business strategy, near- and long-term talent requirements, and leadership bench strength
  • Actively sourcing the best talent in the market across multiple pan-Asia executive searches;
  • Developing and executing on talent mapping/talent universe prioritization for leadership scale, domain expertise, and business process excellence
  • Executing on proactive, always-on pipelining strategies in partnership with business leaders
  • Embedding the lenses of diversity, equity and inclusion in all processes, practices and outcomes
  • Build out of robust, well qualified and diverse candidate slates for all aligned leadership searches
  • Communicating and enhancing service to a warm, regularly nurtured and pre-vetted leadership talent pool
  • Improved brand image and affinity amongst leadership prospects; Excellence-first-approach

Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong research / sourcing /search in the executive hiring / leadership hiring domain; ideally with external search firm experience, and in-house experience.
  • Proven ability to quickly build candidate relationships and develop trust; empathetic listener, purposeful speaker
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and demands while executing against critical asks
  • Knowledge of how to manage, nurture and cultivate talent pools over time, motivation to make this proactive investment work a priority to be shared with the business
