* Support Annual Learning Needs Analysis and implement learning plan for staff learning and development needs * Manage employees' training requests and maintain learning records Support Annual Learning Needs Analysis and implement learning plan for staff learning and development needs Manage employees' training requests and maintain learning records using SuccessFactor Learning Management System Sourcing and liaising with training providers on course registration and payments Manage training grant administration Prepare and issue LOU/ Training Deed Attend to employees' enquiries on L&D matters Support other HR adhoc projects Period 1 Year Contract Salary Up to $4,000 Location Seletar Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Requirements: Team player and is self-motivated to work independently Positive attitude with service oriented mindset Meticulous with effective follow-up skills Good knowledge in MS Office Applications like MS Excel (Pivot table, vlookup functions etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System would be advantageous Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): [HIDDEN TEXT] (Registration no: R1327243) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
