What the role is
We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented team player, who has the patience and will-power to drive developmental projects to their specified end goals.
What you will be working on
You will be part of the HR Talent, Learning and Development cluster, and be involved in learning, career and leadership development. The brief job responsibilities are specified below: • Develop and review competency frameworks to guide learning, development and growth • Design and implement plans for internal communications on competency needs and learning and development provisions • Review learning policies and guidelines in line with the organisation’s learning philosophy • Design developmental learning plans and pathways through regular consultation with leaders and line departments • Manage and run development interventions such as learning campaigns, leadership training, 360 feedback exercises and coaching programmes • There will also be opportunities to be involved in other strategic HR projects across functional lines for greater exposure, e.g. planning of change management in support of organisational transformation.
What we are looking for
Requirements: • A degree in a relevant discipline, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning, talent development, working with competencies, conceptualising and delivering L&D initiatives/campaigns. • Experienced in managing a usual learning cycle, from gaps analysis, curation/design of content, evaluation to reporting. • Able to curate and create meaningful content as well as have an eye for well-crafted and aesthetically pleasing communications • Able to plan and deliver interactive learning sessions • Possess strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to interact and communicate with ground staff as well as management • Prior experience in other areas of HR such as Talent Development or Business Partnering will be very useful • Familiarity with Workdays will be a strong advantage
