URGENT
Location : Outram
Position : Executive - HSD
Contract period : 20 Oct 23 \xe2\x80\x93 18 Oct 24
Temps working for periods of 3 months, or more are entitled to benefits.
Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
(with one hour lunch break)
Hourly Rate :
- $10.50 (Diploma with 0-2 year of working experience)
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Detailed and meticulous
- Good with numbers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Process non-invoice payments in NFS@ Gov
- Process e-invoice payments in NFS@Gov
- To help with admin work where needed, e.g. arrange meetings
