KK Women's and Children's Hospital
Executive, Human Resources (Corporate HR)

Under this portfolio, you will support the corporate HR functions. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and updating our HR policies and procedures to direct and coordinate human resources activities such as employment, compensation and benefits and in compliance with the labour regulations and overseeing the portfolio of employee and Hospital awards.
You will also be involved in HR process improvement projects and corporate HR initiatives such as the personal particulars update, declaration of interest exercise and key HR events such as Employee Appreciation Day.
You will also be involved in maintaining our HR intranet and driving initiatives to make KKH an employer of choice. In addition, you will represent HR in working committees internal and external to the Hospital. You will also manage our relationships with recruitment agencies and other external vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Have at least 1 - 3 years' relevant experience
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be meticulous, analytical and comfortable in writing
  • Have excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English
  • Be able to work independently and have keen interest to further develop your HR career.
