JOB DESCRIPTION

As a HR Executive, your responsibilities include the following:

  • Support the business to proactively fill approved headcounts
  • Manage the Company\xe2\x80\x99s internship and associates programme as part of talent management
  • Manage and support activities related to employee lifecycle from new hire onboarding to staff exits
  • Work closely with HR shared service team and functional experts to provide full cycle business support
  • Prepare regular manpower reports and analysis as required
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by immediate supervisor/ the head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Meticulous and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
  • Strong team-player with ability to work independently with strong follow through
  • Sound knowledge of the employment law with experience in supporting staff of various levels
  • Working knowledge of Workday will be an advantage
