Location: Singapore, West area (Jalan Buroh).There are transportation services provided at various MRT stations, and this is a hybrid work position.Job Responsibilities:Support in end to end of payroll processing, preparation of payroll related reports including accrual and claims for government paid leavesSupport, management, and preparation of documents and access required for employee life cycle period (e.g letter of offer, personal files upkeep, contract renewals, staff pass, work pass creation/termination etc)Manage HRIS system, leave administration and government website to ensure updated and accurate employee data.Handle work pass applications, renewals and issuanceSupport on corporate insurance matters such as liaison with external vendor and staff queriesRaise invoice payments, process PR, SPO & monitor on paymentsSupport in vendor code creation and updateProvide support and advice to internal stakeholders regarding HR policies and procedures.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements:Have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.Min Diploma qualification in business administration/HR or equivalent.Experience in using SAP and E-Frontier Payroll System will be preferred.About DKSHDKSH is the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia.
