Job Purpose

You will support the Finance Manager for providing administrative support matters, administration of the company payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full HR administration such as work passes, claims, benefits, letters, courses administration and uniforms
  • Timely update of employees\' information in system
  • Supporting on employee on / off boarding process
  • Preparation of HR reports
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties or projects assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, preferably in F&B or retail industry
  • A team-player with good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, you should also be meticulous and well-organised in your work. In addition, you must be resourceful, pro-active, and willing to handle a wide variety of administrative tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of QuickHR and Microsoft office would be an advantage.
