Key Responsibilities
Provide general support, problem analysis, diagnosis and resolution for applications based on the company operating procedure Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical management and oversight of all the systems utilized by the company (Peoplesoft, My Workflow, POS etc.)
- Liaise with appointed vendors for the smooth running of all systems
- Troubleshoot system issues, if any
- Maintain and upkeep system and user accounts
- Maintain security and back-up strategies
- Maintain contact with KASM to ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up
- Document application or system problems and resolution for future reference
- Provide technical support to service issues and request from staff
- Practical hands-on experience in Network Devices, Firewall, VPN and Wireless technology
Key Requirements
- Minimum diploma in IT from recognised polytechnic
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Excellent knowledge of PC hardware, Server maintenance and Network administration.
- Knowledge of SQL, PHP, VB and web server administration
- Preferably with web management knowledge
- Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
