We welcome you to join our team as: EXECUTIVE, INFRASTRUCTURE (1-YEAR CONTRACT) This is a challenging yet rewarding portfolio under the Infrastructure and Court Services Division. You will work with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors for an A&A project for the Family Justice Courts\' new building.What you will be working on:Key duties are as follows: \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing valuation for variation works submitted by consultants and contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing progress claims submitted by consultants and contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the finalisation of accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating of contracts database \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with IM requirements, and providing recommendations on construction and consultancy contractsWhat we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in cost estimation of multidisciplinary engineering / construction projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction project \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task to meet tight deadlines Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
