We welcome you to join our team as: MANAGER, INFRASTRUCTURE (1-YEAR CONTRACT)What you will be working on:This is a challenging yet rewarding portfolio under the Infrastructure and Court Services Division. You will work with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors for an A&A project for the Family Justice Courts\' new building. Key duties are as follows: \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing valuation for variation works submitted by consultants and contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing progress claims submitted by consultants and contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the finalisation of accountsWhat we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in cost estimation of multidisciplinary engineering / construction projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction project \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
