Job Description
Job Scope:
- Reviewing valuation for variation works submitted by consultants and contractors
- Reviewing progress claims submitted by consultants and contractors
- Assisting in the finalisation of accounts
- Updating of contracts database
- Administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with IM requirements, and providing recommendations on construction and consultancy contracts
- Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying
- At least 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor
- Experience in cost estimation of multidisciplinary engineering / construction projects
- Possesses good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction project
- Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
