Responsibilities



As part of the Investment & Asset Management Team, the candidate will play a supporting role in the management of a China Township Development Fund with the objective of maximizing investment returns. He/she will report to Co-Head, Investment & Asset Management and your key job responsibilities include:
  • Monitor the macro-economic situations in China and highlight the impact of relevant policy changes on the business
  • Maintain portfolio data and monitor key performance indicators
  • Prepare annual budgets for approvals as well as provide analysis for budget variance
  • Assist in the planning and implementing Government Relations strategies

Requirements



  • A good degree in Business Management and/or Finance from a recognized university
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in financial analysis and business development
  • Good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools
  • Familiar with Chinese working culture and ability to build Government relations
  • Effectively bilingual with high level of proficiency in spoken and written Chinese
  • Some working experience in China would be an advantage
