Roles & Responsibilities
: Learning & Development Matters
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for self-source courses (including course registration, process payment, liaise with training provider and staff\'s queries where necessary) and registration of new staff/casual/intern for mandatory e-learnings
- Provide administrative support for overseas learning/official trip due to countries reopening their borders and lifting travel restrictions
- Provide support for hybrid (virtual and in-person) in-house programmes/functional competency training/talent programmes to achieve positive experience and impactful staff experience.
Working Arrangement: Location: Near Outram Park MRT Station Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm Contract Duration: 1 April 2023 to 28 February 2024 Salary: $11-13/H (depending on experiene and qualifications)
Job Requirements: i) Proficient in digital software and applications such as MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), MS Teams, Zoom ii) Good communication (both oral and written) skills iii) A resourceful, independent and team player iv) Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines v) Familiar with the use of graphic design and development of digital publications would be an advantage
