As a member of the Leasing Team, you will be responsible for the leasing functions of Shopping Centres.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting/ marketing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
Assist in implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall and office space
Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
Conduct site inspections, marketing presentations to prospective tenants and/ clients
Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the leasing of retail and commercial properties.
Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply
Possess positive disposition, resourceful and a team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and work within timeline
Those who are registered as Salesperson with CEA will have an advantage
