Broad Function You will be part of the Patient Experience Office and will: (A) Assist Supervisor in the tenancy contract administration, propose retail rental rates, renovation coordination and smooth operations of retail operations including feedback management (B) Follow up with appointed Marketing Agent on the marketing and tenant acquisition plan (C) Draft, update work processes and policies and conduct briefing and training to Team (D) Support Supervisor in the leasing operations
Key Responsibilities and Duties Specific Before Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) is operational:
Assist Supervisor and work with appointed Marketing Agency to attract the right tenants and tenant mix
Ensure Marketing and Tenant Acquisition timeline is in line with Hospital opening
Coordination work related to infrastructure, retail units site handover and inspection
Liaise with Facilities Management and/or tenants on handover and fitting-out
Participate in relevant meetings (eg, IDOC) to present the drawer plans for various scenarios.
When the new Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) is operational:
Assist Supervisor in drafting and executing leasing strategy and tenant mix in line with WH\xe2\x80\x99s retail vision \xe2\x80\x93 To revitalize community engagement and enable empowerment towards proactive self-care of the Mind, Body and Soul
Manage the overall procurement process from drafting tender / RFP documents to lease out available space, unit viewing, shortlisting after RFP close and follow through till award
Manage leasing email and phone enquiries
Liaise with Facilities Management and/or tenants on handover/ reinstatement of units
Communicate and ensure tenant\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with leasing policies, hospital protocols and procedures
Manage risk exposure such as arrears management
Assist Supervisor to oversee leasing budget
Work with Tenant to run promotional campaigns to improve sales and traffic
Maintain database, conduct competitive market research and prepare monthly / ad-hoc reports and presentations
Participate in relevant meetings (eg, IDOC) to present the drawer plans for various scenarios
General
Create SAP PR when required
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or Degree in real estate or asset management
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred for Executive
More than 5 years of relevant experience preferred for Senior Executive
Good stakeholder management skills to engage with various teams within organisation and vendor and/tenant management
Experience in managing contracts eg lease documentation, fitting-out activity
