[What the role is]

As an Executive Manager (Decision Support& Financial Analysis) in the Finance Division, you will be a Strategic Business Partner to divisions to provide valued-added financial advisory support.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:


Evaluate strategic projects in terms of project costing, review of assumptions and methodologies and recommendation of appropriate funding sources Assess financial feasibility of projects through financial modelling Seek funding from Ministries for projects Provide support for new projects, in terms of setting up financial operating and reporting framework Analyse divisions' quarterly financial performances Evaluate divisions' operating/development budget requirements Monitor budget utilisation of divisions Provide any other ad hoc financial advisory support to divisions/ projects

[What we are looking for]

The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities,


Degree in Accountancy or Finance or Business; ACCA Chartered Accountant would have an added advantage 3-5 years of relevant working experience financial advisory roles Strong analytical skills, with strategic thinking Strong financial modelling and Microsoft excel skills Pro-active, positive, assertive and willing to accept challenges Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels in the organization Able to keep abreast of fast-paced changes and developments Able to multi-task and work under pressure * Team player with good written, communication and presentation skills
