You will be part of the team overseeing grant governance and programme evaluation frameworks and initiatives in BCA to ensure compliance with grant policies and guidelines, including review and strengthening of internal controls, establishing good practises, and building capabilities within BCA.You will have the opportunity to actively engage industry stakeholders and various government agencies to develop and review industry transformation programmes and incentive schemes.[What you will be working on]Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop, manage, and review incentive schemes and programmes to support strategic transformation outcomes in the built environment sector. This includes close collaboration with other government agencies and development of guidelines and good practices.Strengthen grant governance and management to ensure compliance and effectiveness of our grants and programmes which include leveraging on data to support reviews, improve administration processes, and address potential fraud and abuse of grant schemes.Develop strategies to strengthen programme evaluators\' and grant administrators\' capabilities in project evaluation, fraud detection and investigation, and risk management.Harmonise grant schemes in BCA to enhance governance and efficiency in administration.[What are we looking for]Tertiary qualification with at least 2 or more years of relevant work experience in grant governance/administration and/or programme evaluation.Familiarity with Instruction Manual (IM) on Grants Governance, grant scheme or programme design and implementation, or fraud detection and investigation will be an advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, including ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority internally and externally.Strong system thinking and analytic skills to conceptualise grant governance and programme evaluation frameworks.Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and able to adopt data analytics to support developmental works.Possesses positive attitude, excellent work ethic and is a good team player.Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
