As a focal point for family bonding, the Club hosts a variety of recreational and social events, ensuring that there\xe2\x80\x99s something for everyone to enjoy.Job ObjectivesThe Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance the Club\'s brand image and drive member engagement. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, optimising website performance, and effectively managing member feedback to foster strong relationships and loyalty.Key objectives include:\xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing effective marketing and communications campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Managing the Club\'s website and digital platforms.\xc2\xb7 Enhancing brand awareness and reputation.\xc2\xb7 Fostering strong member relationships through effective communication and feedback management.\xc2\xb7 Communications, Social Media, and Content Creation\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute content strategy for various channels including the bi-weekly newsletter, website, social media, WhatsApp channel and other marketing collaterals.\xc2\xb7 Conduct interviews with members and staff to create engaging content for online platforms.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with design team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with corporate brand guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Oversee content calendar development and ensure timely delivery of all content.\xc2\xb7 Analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimise content strategy.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and engage with the target audience on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering audience growth.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal departments to promote campaigns, events, and initiatives through effective communication channels.Website Management and Optimisation\xc2\xb7 Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.\xc2\xb7 Optimise website structure and content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.\xc2\xb7 Track website performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience.Marketing Strategy and Planning\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development and execution of overall marketing strategies and campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage marketing budgets with other stakeholders and track ROI for various initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations for marketing campaigns and promotions based on data analysis and insights.Feedback Management and Stakeholder Engagement\xc2\xb7 Manage and respond to member feedback and inquiries through various channels.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with relevant departments to address member concerns and implement solutions.\xc2\xb7 Prepare materials and presentations for the Marketing Communications Sub-Committee meetings.\xc2\xb7 Take and distribute meeting minutes.Skills & Knowledge\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to conceptualise, develop, and execute marketing campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in social media management and content creation.\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred).\xc2\xb7 Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.\xc2\xb7 A positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.\xc2\xb7 Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.Qualifications:Degree in English, Communications, PR, Journalism or Marketing preferred.ExperienceAt least 3 years of working experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing communications preferred.Application InstructionsPlease email us your resume at
