Besides coordinating campaigns from conceptualisation, content curation and campaign reporting, the executive will also implement a broad set of communication and marketing tactics to enhance our outbound marketing efforts, such as blogs, podcasts, videos, paid campaigns, events marketing, etc.The ideal candidate must be a strong team player with excellent writing and editorial skills tailored to different audience segments for opinion pieces, video, and podcast scripts. Prior creative production experience, including agency collaboration, developing concise campaign briefs and a keen creative judgement and passion for the latest digital and content marketing best practices and trends, are highly desired.If you think you fit this role, join us to be part of the SUSS brand-building journey.What you will be doingKey Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing team in campaign planning and production by working closely with media owners/agencies/vendors to ensure timely campaign launch and high-quality execution.
  • Write, edit and proofread thought leadership articles, including podcast/video scripts, digital/social media copy for our suite of channels (i.e. website, social media, messaging channels).
  • Work closely with the Student Recruitment Marketing team to ensure synergy in campaign objectives, study trends/opportunities and apply evolving consumer insights to sharpen our marketing strategies and analytics for strong campaign outcomes. (e.g. impressions, engagements, downloads, views, etc).
  • Work with the PR and Digital teams to aggregate, curate and maintain strong content ideas, stories/proof points, and human story profiles across the University for amplification across multiple channels, including organic, paid and shared.
  • Ensure all content, advertising and marketing communications/collaterals across SUSS are aligned with our brand guidelines, consistent in style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all content channels.
  • Support end-to-end production of owned and paid brand assets (e.g. videos, podcasts, photos, facility branding collaterals, etc.) cum campaigns independently, including interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to achieve target results.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and extract/present key learnings and insights for future content calibration.
  • Support execution of our brand tracking study, brand architecture and brand guide enhancement work.
  • Maintain and refresh, when necessary, our library of brand assets (e.g. videos, photos, facility branding collaterals), templates (across multiple formats), as well as corporate gifts inventory for internal teams\' usage to augment our brand externally.
  • Maintain best practices for the brand through our brand marketing playbook and support training of internal teams on its applications to build a unified brand image for SUSS.
  • Support manager in tracking budget utilisation to ensure optimisation.
  • Support marketing-related procurement tasks and other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant in-house or agency experience in advertising, digital marketing or integrated communications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with creative judgement and a passion to learn and hone your craft.
  • Familiar with digital marketing practices, platforms and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and agencies/vendors
  • Meticulous, self-initiated and result-oriented team player who can work independently with learning agility
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
