Executive (marketing & Sales Support)

Job Description
:
The incumbent is expected to handle and provide support for both Phone and Online orders:
1. Phone orders
- Taking and upselling of orders from answering incoming calls
- Arranging and allocating drivers and delivery schedule
- Churning out all of the sales invoices
- Ensuring that all orders are successfully processed
- Creating new visuals and EDM and broadcast to customers on whatsapp
- Tracking of every PayNow transaction
- Ensuring that the website items are well stocked and up to date
- Proposing of new monthly promotion
- Creating new visuals for monthly promotion and update the website
- Ensuring that all enquiries on website are answered
- Upselling of order when calling to confirm submitted online orders
- Coming up with new partnership with NTUC Members
- Update new listing to website
- Monthly Report
- Min. Diploma in any Discipline
- Experience and knowledge in eCommerce will be an advantage
- Marketing savvy
- Strong customer service
- System knowledge in \xe2\x80\x93 SAP, MS Office, Google Suite etc.
- Motivated, meticulous and results-oriented
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to perform collaborative work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc
