Reporting to the Head of Motor:

A day in the life:

Prepare and review monthly Motorbike Renewal Listing Follow up for renewals due for the direct customers portfolio Ensure data accuracies for daily applications submitted, including follow-up for cases with premium discrepancies. Responsible for Endorsements processing and billing Handle enquiries, quotations and other requests relating to Motor insurance for our clients and partners promptly Provide administrative support such as generating reports to Insurers for policies discrepancies and outstanding issuances. Handle incoming calls relating to Motor insurance for our clients and partners promptly Provide assistance on ad-hoc duties assigned where necessary

What you need:

Minimum Diploma Preferably with Certification in General Insurance (CGI) and 2 years of insurance working experience Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently Customer-oriented, positive thinking and proactive attitude, willing to learn Meticulous, organized and possess initiative Team player * Proficient in MS Office applications
