Traffic Police is seeking to hire a total of 5 Executives (Non-core invest tasks)

Contract period \xe2\x80\x93 Immediate (1year)

Candidate Requirements * Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident;

• Candidates should generally have at least O Level qualifications, and will be assessed based on a mixture of experience, aptitude and qualifications;
• Observe confidentiality at all times for all documents and information received and handled during the course of work;
• Highly organised, able to work independently and handle voluminous caseloads;
• Possess good people skills and communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Understand simple legal documents, for the purpose of attending to work assignments;
• Possess basic computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office applications and being comfortable with learning and using computerized investigation management system;
• Be flexible and adaptable to any process changes; and
• Able to identify and escalate issues that may be potentially sensitive / high profile in accordance with prescribed guidelines / SOP / Circulars.
• Ideally to have driving licence.

Perform non-core investigation tasks, which may include the following: * Creation of digital investigation papers on case management system,

• Monitoring of traffic notice payments,
• Deal with case exhibits, which include returning exhibits to the rightful owners and facilitating the disposal of exhibits according to the Court Order;
• Put up service replies to be sent to case persons upon case conclusion;
• Filing and labelling of documents within the Investigation Paper electronically;
• To process/facilitate returning of vehicles to owners; and
• Any other tasks directed by Head of Branch.

Monthly rated

salary budget is between $2,000 - $2,700 (monthly gross) per pax depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

Work Hours

Mon-Thu: 0830hrs \xe2\x80\x93 1800hrs

Fri: 0830hrs-1730hrs

Sat, Sun & PH: Off

Lunch Hours

1200hrs-1300hrs OR 1300hrs-1400hrs
