To execute administrative duties in the Centre for Lifelong Education (CLE) and provide good customer service
Plan course time-table and coordinate with colleagues and external parties for facilities and logistics arrangement, as well as liaise with trainers to ensure course run as scheduled
To facilitate pre-course and post-course administrative matters, including course counselling on the suitable course to apply, achieve their learning objectives, course registry setup in OASIS, and end of course feedback and issuance of e-certificates to learners
Maintain and update the learners\' database and check applicants\' payment and subsidies claim submissions before the course commencement
Coordinate marketing of courses and workshops, as well as the production of marketing collaterals
Work with colleagues and stakeholders (trainers) to advise learners on suitable courses to apply and to achieve their learning objectives
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of past work experience in preferably in a customer service administrative environment, or a Degree in any discipline
Good command of written and spoken English
Good administrative and organisational skills
A resourceful and outgoing team player with good interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
Able to work extended hours and on weekends
