About Accounts (Singapore Businesses)
The team partners leading Singapore companies to develop and implement strategies in their pursuit of becoming global-leading companies in their fields. We work closely with various teams in EDB and external stakeholders to foster the growth of these leading Singapore companies. We forge networks across the sector and with the larger business community/ ecosystem. More importantly, the team\xe2\x80\x99s hard work is translated to valuable business and job opportunities for Singapore.
You will be managing a portfolio of identified corporate clients and report to the Assistant Vice President, Accounts (Singapore Businesses).
This is an individual contributor role which will support Account Managers in the team.
[What you will be working on]
Account Servicing across the sales cycle
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless client servicing experience at pre-sales, sales and post-sales stages of the sales cycle
Assist with documentation for incentive applications and reviews.
Follow up on action items including reviewing and submitting any documents for further processing.
Client Liaison
Independently respond to client queries in a prompt and timely manner.
Put together information from various internal guidelines or information packs to provide a customized reply and maintaining a log of such client queries to ensure timely response within EDB service standards.
Research
Conduct desktop research to support meeting and company briefs and updating of account plans
Support for Meetings and Events
Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
Organize and follow up on action items after meetings.
Plan and coordinate event logistics to ensure the smooth execution of meetings and events. This includes preparing administrative and logistics briefs, overseeing the setup of the venue (including hybrid meetings), and execution of the programme to deliver a client experience within EDB\xe2\x80\x99s service standards.
Others
Identify common queries or issues, monitor actual performance against goals, and regularly propose new ways of standardizing or improving to minimize cost to serve while upholding EDB service standards.
[What we are looking for]
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to structure logical assessments in a coherent manner
Strong interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
