About HROD \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Attraction
The Talent Attraction team drives the branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote EDB as an employer of choice, and develops organisational competence in assessment and selection frameworks. We are in the business of building a strong talent pipeline and securing capable talent critical for EDB\xe2\x80\x99s success.
[What you will be working on]
As a Executive Officer with the HROD team, your key responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
Support talent programme management in areas such as administering selection process, shortlisting candidates, and management of programme hires after onboarding
Recruit temporary and junior staff
Provide prompt support to the recruitment team in areas such as advertising job opportunities on online portals/platforms, scheduling and coordinating interview arrangements with the relevant stakeholders and processing on-boarding requests for new hires and talent programme hires
Upkeep division databases to ensure ease of access to required information such as job descriptions, policy documents and data sets
Administer processes to facilitate record keeping and maintenance of personnel files
Maintain of personnel data integrity through data cleansing and verification
Perform required processes to effect staff movements and changes in the HR system
Respond to employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries and directing employees to relevant self-help resources
[What we are looking for]
The successful candidate should have/be:
At least 5 years of work experience in a related field/ role in HR, Marketing or related disciplines
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Organised and thorough in follow-through
Resourceful and possess good initiative in proposing new ideas/solutions
Results oriented, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities
Good understanding of recruitment best practices, benefits schemes and/or HR information systems like Workday would be an advantage
Singaporean
